the account is inactive, dormant, unfunded or a school fees account.
Remember
to Miscall each time you
carry out a bank voucher to enable the customer receive a successful
notification message. The miss call comes with the receipt after transaction.
3. We have deposited Money (on a wrong
account number) what can we do to have it to the right account number?
The
Bank will always get back to the client and put money on the correct account as
long as it’s not inactive or dormant, this is done with in 24hrs for as long for
as customer contact is available.
4. What does Redeemed voucher mean?
This
Means money is already deposited in the bank.

6. Why do my top-ups take long / delay?
1.) Ensure everyone depositing money
in the bank is fully aware of our collection account numbers and confirm with
the teller the amount has been deposited in the correct account to avoid depositing
in our other accounts which then delays the top up process.
Depositor also needs to confirm with the
teller that the amount has not been rounded off. Advise them to use two
separate deposit slips for the difference just so the actual amount can be
captured.
2.) Send ONLY ONE top up request
with the exact amount deposited and correct date format. Since the amount
deposited would match the SC code, a reference should NOT be added to the
request.
3.) IF all the above have been done
correctly, the request will auto match and EM should only be contacted to check
a deposit AFTER at least an hour (allow time for the bank statement to update).
7. How do you transfer commission to
float?
Use
the F9 function and select “cashout Commission” then follow the prompts. You
must have the phone number registered to that account to complete the transfer,
as a TAC will be sent to the phone.
8. When carrying out a wallet cash out
what balance on terminal will increase?
