EzeeMoney Card (FAQ)



1. Where can I find card functionalities?
Card functionality can be found on the terminal at F1 with different keys performing different functions L1, L2, L3, and L4.

2. How do I register my card?
Go to terminal at F1 L3 follow prompts and make sure Customer fills or registers details on the KYC forms.

3. I deleted the message with my PIN. How can I get a new one?
Send mail to crm@ezeemoney.co.ug  with customer name, number and card number. Help I deleted the message with my card PIN. Card number xxxxxxxxxxx, please resend the PIN.

4. I lost my card, how do I get my money on to a new card?
SMS   STOP# (card no) send to 0700771111: This will auto transfer the old card balance to the new card as long as card is re-registered under same number.

5. A customer tapped to pay but I my float have not increased.
All card transactions go to the MC and not SC balance that’s why float hasn’t increased. Therefore Check MC balances.

6. How can I move money from my merchant account to my SC account?
Go to terminal at F9, L4 & follow Prompts
