1. My region is not on the list. What should I choose?
Choose “Others”

2. The terminal is showing API Call rejected. What does this mean?
This means there is system connection problem with national Water system” Don't try other transactions until you have contacted the CRM.

Normally the transaction will go through. Reboot and Print last transaction to confirm.

4. How can I tell that my data bundle has expired?
You will get error responses such as ‘’NO carrier...’’, ‘’connecting to GSM...’’

5. What happens if the network is down?
Get alternative simcard for a different network, that’s why we are telecom independent
