- Select F10 for admin functions
- Select L1 for SC Balance
- Select L1 to Proceed
- Service Center will see scroll on terminal screen of account balance
L2 - Print Last Transaction
- Select F10 for admin functions
- Select L2 for Print Last Tran
- Select L1 to Print
- Service Center will get receipt showing the last transaction details
- Press Enter to clear screen
L3 - Print Any Transaction
- Select F10 for admin functions
- Select L3 for Print Tranx
- Enter the transaction ID
- Select Enter
- Service Center will get receipt showing a particular transactions details
L4 - Print Summary
- Select F10 for admin functions
- Select L4 for Print Summary
- Select L1 – Daily Summary, L2 – Monthly Summary
- Select L1 to Print
- Service Center will get receipt showing a particular transactions details
F10 Next Screen (Press Enter Button) - L1 - Announcement
- Select F10 for admin functions
- Select Enter to scroll down menu
- Select L1 for Announcement
- Select L1 to retrieve the announcement
- Select L1 to Print Top 3 announcements or L2 to retrieve Service Centers welcome message
- Service Center will get print out of announcement
